Grain suction machine (pneumatic conveyor) is a new type of agricultural and industrial machinery that uses pneumatic conveying to transport granular materials, suitable for bulk conveying operations of various small granular materials such as grain and plastic. It can use pipeline layout to horizontally, obliquely, and vertically transport materials, with large and small walking wheels, easy and convenient operation, and can independently complete conveying tasks on a single machine

Pneumatic grain suction machines are suitable for mechanized operations such as loading, unloading, replenishing, unloading, flipping, and stacking in industries such as farms, docks, stations, and large grain depots, as well as for bulk, loose transportation, and loose unloading in production processes such as grain processing, feed processing, and beer brewing. According to the requirements of the conveying process, the grain suction machine can be operated as a single unit, combined with multiple units, or combined with other equipment to form a conveying system to meet different operational requirements. It has the characteristics of flexible layout, easy mobility, wide working surface, and large conveying capacity, which can save a lot of manpower and material costs.

Grain suction machines are divided into two types based on their conveying methods: 1. suction type, and 2. suction only type. The suction type grain suction machine uses wind power to carry materials into the machine through a suction feeder and suction pipeline, and then separates them into gas and material through a separator. The materials are then transported to the destination locations such as warehouses and carriages through pipelines and unloaders. Only suction and no delivery type grain suction machine, after the material is sucked into the machine, it passes through the separator and the shut-off fan, and freely falls to the outlet of the shut-off fan, directly stacking, bagging or connecting to other conveying equipment.
