High Efficiency Industrial Centrifugal Fan for Heavy-Duty ApplicationsWhen a centrifugal fan is operating, the power machine (mainly an electric motor) drives the impeller to rotate inside the conical housing. Air is sucked in from the center of the impeller through the inlet. Due to the dynamic action of the blades on the gas, the gas pressure and speed are increased, and it is thrown out along the blade passage towards the outlet under the action of centrifugal force. Because the flow of gas in the impeller is mainly in the radial plane, it is also called a radial flow fan. With the progress and development of the times, people are no longer satisfied with the pressure and air volume requirements of the centrifugal fan, and the noise of the centrifugal fan has become a headache for factories. Therefore, Japan first introduced the fully enclosed jet flow fan, also known as the high-pressure fan (vortex vacuum pump) today. This fan, with its exquisite appearance and noise, met the demand for high-pressure fans at the time. Later, it was successively upgraded to single-stage, double-stage, and three-stage impeller high-pressure fans, and the maximum pressure of the high-pressure fan was once updated to 230kpa, but it was only the maximum pressure of the fan.
