This machine adopts a pulse type bag filter dust collector, which can meet environmental standards. It is a type of high-efficiency and environmentally friendly cleaning screen that first rolls and then rotates and vibrates.
1, The environmental cleaning screen adopts a combination of upper simple sieve, lower rotary vibrating sieve, and air separation dust removal.      The raw grain enters the hopper and automatically flows into the sieve.      
2, After screening, the large impurities larger than the sieve hole are treated and discharged into the large impurities port.      The small impurities smaller than the sieve hole are selected by the sieve and fall onto the rotary vibrating sieve surface.    
 3, Then, through rotary vibration, the small impurities such as soil and sand particles smaller than the rotary vibrating sieve hole are treated and discharged into the small impurities port. After rotary vibration, the light impurities such as clean grain, rice wool, and rice residue are sucked away by the vertical negative pressure flow, and then the light impurities are sent to the unloader to discharge the impurities.    
 4, Finally, the clean grain is discharged from the small impurities port. The grain outlet is not for export, and then it is transported and stored in the warehouse to achieve your most ideal requirements and results.      (Impurities such as large impurities, rice straw, and mouth rope. The lightest impurities include small impurities, soil, sand, small particles, light impurities, rice wool, slag, dust, etc.)
