3. Grain cutting prototype
principle
The grain cutting prototype consists of two parts: a mechanical device and an electrical control system.
3.1 Mechanical devices
The mechanical device mainly consists of three parts: a cutting rod, a rotating arm, and a column, as shown in the figure, which can achieve three coordinates

3.2 Equipment transportation

3.3 Equipment InstallationAlign the flange bolt holes under the column with the anchor bolts during installation, tighten the nuts immediately, and pay attention to the rotation of the rotating arm

3.4 Working principle
1. The rotation of the rotating arm is driven by the rotation reduction motor to rotate the straight face gear, thereby driving the rotation of the rotating arm.
2. The rotating arm moves forward and backward, and the expansion and contraction are completed by the reducer.
3. The cutting rod is completed up and down by relying on a reducer.
4. Cutting process
After selecting the cutting point, start the micro grain suction device, then start the lifting motor of the cutting rod and press the down button. When the sample rod is inserted
After entering the grain, the micro grain suction device creates a certain negative pressure between the suction tube and the cutting rod, at which point the grain enters through the sampling hole and passes through the suction
The grain tube enters the micro grain suction device, completing the cutting operation. The depth of inserting the sample rod into the grain can be determined by the height of the vehicle's bottom plate
Low, adjust the lowest limit switch of the cutting rod and automatically detect any height of the car bottom. After reaching the car bottom, it will automatically complete the cutting rod return
Upgrade the function to prevent the sample rod from falling too far and touching the bottom plate of the vehicle, which may damage the sample rod.
4. Use and Maintenance
1. Manual control operation
(1) Turn on the power.
(2) Start the micro grain suction device
(3) Button operation, lifting and lowering of the cutting rod on the workbench panel, moving the cutting cart forward and backward, and rotating the steering arm to the left

2. Remote control operation
When the operator leaves the operating platform, the remote control can be used to operate the movement of the sample rod, sample car, and the rotation of the steering arm.
3. Maintenance
