02:  SHELVING BOARD
REINFORCEMENT RIBS   The spot-welded reinforcing ribs at the bottom of the shelf boardincrease the focus of the laminate and prevent the shelf board beingdeformed and make it much stronger.

Angle steel racking installation steps

Install the topmost part first, fix one hole of the triangle piece with the column and screw on the screws, don't tighten it first, as shown in the picture below.

Fix the remaining two holes with two holes on the laminate, screw on the screws but don't tighten them too much.

Fit the remaining laminate as above - and finally fit the remaining two uprights, taking care that none of the screws are tightened to death first.

Finally, stand up the shelves, adjust the balance of the shelves, and then tighten the screws and feet, that is, to complete the installation.
